Getting Started
Every"body" has the potential to be shaped and changed. Transformed. You just need to think of what you want your body to look like as a work of art waiting to be set free. Look in the mirror, preferably while you are naked. Try to see your body in a whole new way. Michaelangelo said, "Every block of stone has a statue inside of it and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it." Be your own Michaelangelo. Discover yourself. Maybe for the first time. See your body without all of the negative judgement you always attach to it. Instead of seeing faults and flaws, see potential. See where you want to tone and firm and reduce with an artist's vision. The same way a sculptor sees where he wants to carve and chisel. Get excited about the possibility that is you. This way, you will be mentally ready to challenge yourself physically. Like every great masterpiece, it takes time, diligence, patience ... and a bit of sweat. Being mentally ready is the key to getting started.
